GENERAL SHIPPING TERMS
Ragbag offers worldwide shipping. Kindly allow 1-2 days for us to receive and process your order. You will get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
The delivery time with standard shipping is as below:
- Denmark (1-2 business days)
- EU, United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland (3-5 business days)
- Australia, New Zealand (3-4 business days)
- United States, Canada (3-4 business days)
- Rest of the world (8-10 business days)
Note: All specified prices on our webshop are including VAT and excluding shipping fees within EU. For delivery outside the EU, you may be subjected to import taxes and duties that you will be required to pay.
GENERAL RETURN TERMS
We are pleased to assist with returns within 14 days from the day you receive your parcel. If you wish to return your order, please click the link to register your return:
REGISTER RETURN
The products must be in the same condition as received and with the original packaging. Any products that appear to have been opened and used will be refused.
When you return products, the return cost will be deducted from your original purchase price.
You will receive a refund upon our investigation of the returned product(s).
